Return & Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order Exchange Window

Because Aurevra silhouettes are crafted with custom 500 GSM loopback cotton, we accept return and replacement requests within 7 days of delivery for:

• Sizing exchange (need larger or smaller fit).
• Manufacturing flaw, stitching defect, or print inconsistency.
• Incorrect item or size received vs invoice.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Garments must be returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all brand tags and kraft packaging intact.

3. Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel an order anytime while its status is New or Confirmed before fabric printing commences directly from your account page. Full refunds are processed immediately.

4. Refund Processing & Timelines

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned garment at our Bengaluru atelier, refunds are credited back to the original source (UPI / Bank Account) within 24 to 48 hours.
