1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or ordering from aurevra.co.in (“Aurevra”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Indian commercial laws and regulations.
2. Made-to-Order & Manufacturing Timeline
Aurevra operates a precision streetwear atelier model. Each 500 GSM heavyweight piece is cut, sewn, and quality-inspected upon order confirmation. Manufacturing and dispatch typically occur within 2 to 4 business days prior to Speed Post handover.
3. Pricing & GST Compliance
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). A valid GST Tax Invoice is digitally generated for each order.
4. Intellectual Property
All brand trademarks, silhouettes, garment patterns, graphics, typography, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Aurevra Fashion Technologies.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
